CRUZER BLADE™ USB FLASH DRIVE 16 GB review

Image
This flash drive is made of very solid plastic pieces. It has a great design to allow for an easy grip and manipulation. SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16 GB flash drive is originally partitioned with FAT32 filesystem, where first partition starts on 32nd block. The USB insert part is made of plastic instead of metal which could make it prone of being physically damaged after multiple re-insertions while the SanDisk warranty does not cover any flash drive which is physically damaged. SanDisk Cruzer Blade does not come with a protective guard for the USB insert part. SanDisk Cruzer Blade flash drive is not registered as a removable USB device and some programs may not recognize it. Pros Cons Small No LED Light No Cup Cool design Easy to misplace Nice sturdy case Best SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16GB Flash Drive READ & WRITE speed results READ WRITE 28.49MB/s 12.77MB/s Test System Information: Kernel 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.54-2 x86_64 GNU/Linux 8GB RAM Intel®...

Android 8.0 Oreo review

Image
Introduction: Twelve months have passed since the introduction of Android 7.0 Nougat, and you know what that means - a new, even sweeter release of Google's mobile operating system is out. With Oreo we're treated to the second ever co-branding exercise for an Android version, following in the footsteps of KitKat from a few years ago. While it may have been officially revealed during a rare event (the total solar eclipse on August 21), Oreo doesn't come with huge changes compared to its predecessor - at least not any that are immediately obvious to the user. Underneath the just slightly tweaked UI elements, however, sits Project Treble - which is basically a revolution in the way the OS is built, and may result in longer software support windows than what we've gotten used to from Android device makers. Then again, promises of faster updates have burned us before, so we're a bit wary of believing update-related claims before we actually see any of them becom...

GOOGLE ANDROID WEAR 2.0 REVIEW

Image
Are you wearing a smartwatch? Not likely. Despite the fact that modern wrist computers have been available for over three years, most people have not found them to be as desirable or necessary as the ubiquitous smartphone. They’ve gone from being "the next big thing" to becoming just another thing, and not a thing most people want. That, of course, hasn’t stopped companies from trying to sell them to you. If you are wearing a smartwatch, odds are it’s either an Apple Watch or a Samsung Gear. Google’s been in the smartwatch game since 2014, but its Android Wear platform has yet to break out of the niche and into a mainstream audience, even though it’s been offered on countless watch designs over the years. So last year, Google went back to the wearable drawing board to develop Android Wear 2.0, the biggest update to the platform since its launch. Wear 2.0 has a simplified design, new features, and, perhaps most importantly, more ways it can work independently of y...

LG OLEDC7P review

Image
The LG C7 has the best image quality I've ever tested. It's an improvement on the previous champs, LG's OLED TVs from last year, the same as  Sony's XBR-A1E  and better than any LCD-based  TVs  I've seen, including Samsung's new QLED-based Q7 model. It's also the cheapest 2017 OLED TV so far, with the exception of the  B7 , a nearly twin model which costs $50 less and is exclusive to club retailers like Costco and BJ's. And it has the same picture quality as more-expensive models like the  E7 , which I reviewed at the same time. In other words, the C7 is the high-end TV to beat in 2017. The only catch is that it's really expensive: as of June 12, 2017, the 55-incher costs $2,500 and the 65-incher costs $3,500. Before you dip into your retirement fund, you should know three things: It will get cheaper .  If it follows the trajectory of last year's LG OLED TVs, the C7 will reach its lowest price point around  Black...

Samsung Gear S3

Image
Smartwatches are experiments. For a taste of the future, you've got to live with compromise on your wrist. But for a lot of people, connected watches are best kept simple. Battery life wins out over tons of features, and ease of use over feature bloat. After all, that's what phones are for. Watches are where we check things quickly. The problem is that the Gear S3 still feels like an experiment, when, in its second iteration (the S2 was the first major redesign), it should really start feeling like a more mature, polished product. If you're looking to see where watches will go next, Samsung's exploring the ideas now. Stand-alone cellular LTE connection without a phone? Check. Spotify on-wrist? Check. Use-anywhere wrist payments that are even more versatile than Apple Pay? Yes. The Gear S3 is an insanely feature-rich smartwatch with a big, bold design. But unlike the latest  Apple Watch  and Android's upcoming 2.0 software update, Samsung'...

Samsung UN65MU9000 Flat 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD 9

Image
Samsung’s newest MU9000 earns our top spot for the best overall TV due to its stellar picture quality, impressive motion handling and sleek design. Its high SDR peak brightness overcomes any glare, but this 65-incher really shines in dark rooms, where it produces very deep blacks courtesy of its superior native contrast ratio of 6000:1 and excellent black uniformity. Its wide color gamut means it produces vibrant colors, especially saturated reds and blues. And with a motion rate of 240, the MU9000 brings sports and action scenes to life. When it comes to design, this TV is top of its class, with thin, .39-inch borders and a textured back. Viewed from the side, maximum thickness doesn’t exceed 1.89 inches, which makes it easy to mount to a wall. The side of the TV has a USB and an ethernet port, but all four of the HDMI ports are located on its external OneConnect box. Some reviewers on Amazon complain about needing a secondary box, but others are pleased that it makes access...

iOS or Android ?

Image
To make a choice between iOS and Androïd is to make the comparison of two operating systems having much in common. Several arguments may Consumer to choose one system instead of another. You will first notice for the home screen of both systems the rows of icons sound Well aligned with very well-made colors and interfaces. For the customization of your home screen, Android is much more powerful than its competitor, it can be transformed according to your tastes. For the iPhone the options are very minimal. Also, is it easier to access the functions of an Android phone. You will need to go through more steps to achieve a function of your iPhone than if it was on an Android phone. Even if most of their applications are similar, the principle of acceptance is not the same from one system to another. The power of the Apple store is a real argument to become addicted to the apple, the applications on...
